ABOUT
Trevor Clark is a photographer and outdoor athlete based in San Diego, California. His background in Division I athletics, military aviation, business, education, and global travel shapes the way he approaches both relationships and creative work.
A former Division I All-Conference athlete at the United States Naval Academy, Trevor studied Chemistry before commissioning into the United States Marine Corps, where he specialized in UAS operations. His time in the military reinforced discipline, communication, and preparation — qualities that now guide his creative process. While serving in the military, he spent weekends climbing in the mountains of New Mexico, surfing along the California coast, and snowboarding in the Canadian backcountry.
After leaving the military due to injury, Trevor rebuilt through the outdoors. During recovery, photography and overlanding became both outlet and direction. Since then, he has returned to the backcountry with a camera in hand — documenting environments that demand resilience and intention.
His work and life has taken him to over 40 countries, from Oahu’s North Shore to Scandinavian backroads, Indonesian reef breaks, and the early stages of the Pan-American Highway. These landscapes continue to shape his visual style: honest, immersive, and grounded in experience.
He is drawn to clients who value risk, meaningful storytelling, and long-term creative partnerships.
